The screenshot of the statistics of the amount owed by the supplier shows that the amount owed by each stall is mostly around 100,000-200,000, and the supplier has set up a rights protection group.
Tianyancha App shows that Guangzhou Zeng E-Commerce Co., Ltd., an affiliate of "Girl Kayla", was established in September 2022. Its legal representative is Li Jiezhou, with a registered capital of 500,000 yuan. It is jointly held by Li Jiezhou, Li Jiehao and Li Jieying. It is worth mentioning that the company was canceled in March this year. In addition, the above three shareholders are also jointly affiliated with Guangzhou Yundian E-Commerce Co., Ltd., which was canceled in January last year.
